We coordinate VIP signings in private residences, executive offices, hotels, hospitals/medical facilities, and other secure locations. We can also support signings in non-traditional environments—such as studios, production/film locations, backstage areas, private aviation facilities (hangars/FBOs), and other controlled-access settings—as long as access and protocols are confirmed in advance.
At minimum: signer name(s), location, preferred time window, document type (general category), ID requirements, witness needs (if any), and any special instructions. If an NDA is required, we’ll need to review it in advance so we can confirm alignment with the engagement and coordinate execution appropriately.
In many locations, yes—depending on local requirements and availability. That said, many high-profile clients already have appropriate witnesses available on-site. If witnesses are needed, we’ll confirm the best option during scheduling.
The notary will review the documents for notarization requirements (e.g., identifying the notarial act needed, ensuring the certificate is complete, confirming ID requirements, and verifying willingness/awareness). However, notaries cannot provide legal advice or interpret documents.
VIP pricing is based on scheduling requirements, location, time sensitivity, witness needs (if applicable), and any special protocols. We’ll confirm pricing before dispatch.
Absolutely. Our goal is to be a strategic partner—not a one-off vendor—with consistent standards, reliable execution, and a discreet client experience across appointments.
After the signing, we confirm completion, communicate status to your designated contact, and follow your return/handling instructions (courier, secure upload, overnight, etc.). We document key details, maintain chain of custody where required, and stay available through closeout—so your team isn’t chasing updates or fixing preventable issues.
